• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as profile photos). By uploading content, you grant MyCricClub a license to display and store that content to provide the service.

Match data, statistics, and club records created through the platform are stored by MyCricClub to power the service and may be retained after account deletion.

5. Service Availability

MyCricClub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss or downtime.

6. Free Service

MyCricClub is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain accessible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of MyCricClub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
